For Salaried US Employees
- Health Care - Medical, dental and vision care benefits are available to you and your family. In addition, GATX offers flexible spending accounts to help pay for health care expenses.
- Retirement and Savings - GATX provides a competitive 401 (K) Plan with matching contributions, and a pension plan.
- Disability and Life - GATX provides short and long-term disability coverage and life insurance. Optional supplemental long-term disability coverage, term life insurance, accident insurance, and dependent life insurance for your spouse and children are available.
